Finding The Perfect Location

The Florida Keys have been under the growth restrictions of the Rate of Growth Ordinance (ROGO) for over ten years. Building permits issued under ROGO typically take five years before they become active and the cost of acquiring the minimum required points can be prohibitive. Consequently, the resale value of existing homes has increased dramatically. A great option to waiting for ROGO is to purchase a lot that includes building permits already or a lot with a home on it and remodel or build a new site built homes.
